Privacy Policy and Agreement

Salenga Law Firm protects privacy of website visitors and only collect, record, store, process, and use personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other pertinent laws. Below is Firm management of personal information.

Gathering

Submitted personal information for publication on Firm website is to be used in accordance with permission.

Privacy settings can be used to limit publication information on Firm website, and can be adjusted using privacy controls on website.

Firm will not, without express consent, supply personal information to any third party for their or any other third party’s direct marketing.

Disclosure and Retention

Retention of personal information may be done in accord with foregoing. As a general rule, however, Firm keep personal information until such time purpose for collection is achieved.

Under the foregoing circumstances and to extent permissible by applicable law, visitor agree not to take any action against Firm for disclosure and retention of personal information.

Security

Firm will implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational precautions to prevent loss, destruction, misuse or alteration of personal information.  To ensure utmost protection of personal information, Firm will store the same on its secured services. However, Firm cannot guarantee data sent over the internet will be fully secured considering transmission of information online is inherently insecure.
